I loved all the characters, the good, the nefarious, the morally ambiguous and flawed. This is such a good story and fantastical world Felix Mosse is building.A world were two coalescing Mists grant people powers, some revere it as a God, others want to weaponise it and craft technology from it to bring a world of power to the masses instead of the chosen few I do want to see some uniqueness in the sequel, but secret orders, political instability and rival wars, secret powers and prophecies, it ticks a lot of boxes.
